What makes a good Teacher Qualifications, Experience, Passion well all these are good qualities in a Teacher but we found the most important thing can’t be learnt it’s ATTITUDE.
We have learnt through the years some of our best Teachers didn’t have the highest Qualifications or the most experience, after all more Qualifications can be gained through time the same with experience bur ATTITUDE is something completely different.
When I started back in 2010 I only had a TESOL Certificate and no real experience but I Loved kids and had a positive ATTITUDE to my job and the students I was teaching. In a short time Teachers at the schools were telling me what a good Teacher I was, but I thought how can this be after teaching only a very short time?
I know today I’m a lot better Teacher than I was at the beginning but if I hadn’t had the right ATTITUDE in the beginning I wouldn’t have grown in my ability and learnt how to connect with my students so I could impart to them the joy of learning.
Some of our Best and most Popular Teachers were new to the Teaching profession but you guessed it they had the right ATTITUDE.
Actually in Teaching ATTITUDE is everything a Teacher needs Enthusiasm, Energy, Joy, Love (For Teaching & the Students) Fun Knowledge and so much more none of this is possible without a Healthy ATTITUDE.
